Please read it carefully so you understand the extent of coverage. Wear items and labor costs are not covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
Doohan warrants that each iTank is free from defects in materials and factory workmanship, subject to the following exclusions, obligations and limitations. This warranty policy applies to all 2016 and later model of iTank electric scooters.
If an eligible defect if found, the replacement parts will be provided at no charge. You may be responsible for any labor charges.
To obtain warranty service, Doohan strongly recommends returning to the dealer where the iTank was originally purchased. If the original dealer is not available or not convenient for you, any Doohan iTank dealer can perform warranty repairs. If there is no Doohan iTank dealer in your area, contact Doohan for guidance on how to obtain warranty service.
New Vehicle Limited Warranty:
New Vehicle Limited Warranty: 1 year or 3,728 miles (6000km, whichever occurs first)
Battery and Electronic Controllers: 2 years or 6,213 miles (10,000km, whichever occurs first)
Lithium batteries degrade over time with use. Gradual capacity loss is expected and not covered under your vehicle’s warranty. Greater than normal degradation is covered under the Battery Warranty, subject to applicable limitations in such warranty.
Replacement of covered parts may be made with new, re-manufactured, used, or parts of like kind and quality, at Doohan's discretion.
NORMAL WEAR ITEMS
The warranty doesn’t cover wear items, including but not limited to the following parts: Brake pad, brake rotor, light bulbs, and tires etc..
MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT
The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship. Any and all damages due to misuse, abuse or neglect are not covered.
NATURAL DISASTERS, FIRE, COLLISION, THEFT, ETC.
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation are not eligible for warranty coverage. The New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover failures caused by, or resulting from, any other reason besides a manufacturer’s defect.
Doohan does not cover the labor for warranty repairs or warranty parts replacement. You, the owner, are responsible for any and all labor charges.
It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner’s manual. Owners must service and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the owner’s manual. All service and maintenance should be performed by an authorized iTank dealer or a reputable repair shop. Periodic maintenance and inspections are considered regular maintenance and are not subject to warranty claims or reimbursement. Doohan cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
You are responsible for presenting your electric scooter to an authorized iTank dealer as soon as a problem exists. Doohan may deny you warranty coverage if your electric scooter or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, misuse, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.

Your iTank dealer should submit warranty registration for your iTank at the time of sale. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, your iTank dealer must register your product with Doohan US.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent purchasers of the iTank electric scooter only if Doohan US is notified in writing of the new owner’s name and address information.
The New Vehicle Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase of the new iTank, or from the date the vehicle was originally put into service if it is a demonstrator unit. If the vehicle was used as a demonstrator, the dealer will explain the in-service date and warranty expiration date.
During the warranty period, Doohan will cover PARTS ONLY. Doohan does not cover the labor for warranty repairs or warranty parts replacement.
Doohan warrants to the first and subsequent purchaser that each new electric scooter distributed by any authorized iTank dealer in the United States or its possessions, was designed, built and equipped so as to conform at the time of initial sale with applicable US EPA noise regulations.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage, such as damage to personal gear or property, rental of a replacement vehicle, transportation of your electric scooter to an authorized dealer for repair, expenses incurred from the loss of use of the vehicle, or your inconvenience.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAIL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
DOOHAN MAKES NO PROMISES OR WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE PROMISES MADE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMIATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SOME SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY, FROM STATE TO STATE
DOOHAN DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, OBLIGATION, OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS.
